Andrew Rosenberger broke his own school record as the Bellefonte boys’ swimming team improved to 7-0 with a 105-65 victory at Clearfield on Wednesday.
Rosenberger produced the record-breaking performance by completing the 100 individual medley in 2:01.99. The senior established the previous record of 2:03.50 last season.
Rosenberger also won the 100 breaststroke and swam legs on winning 200 medlay and 400 freestyle relay teams on Wednesday. Isaac Thomas (200 and 500 freestyles) and Colton Schnars (100 butterfly and 100 backstroke) joined Rosenberger by winning two individual events. Frank Aberegg added a victory in the 50 freestyle.
Thomas, Schnars and Aberegg joined Rosenberger on the winning relay teams as Bellefonte had first-place swims in 10 of the 11 events contested.

In the girls’ meet, Bellefonte suffered its first loss, falling 89-81.
Cydnei Crust (200 and 500 freestyles), Gwen Lowery (200 IM and 100 backstroke) and Katie Scordato (100 frestyle and 100 breaststroke) were double winners for the Lady Red Raiders (6-1). Bellefonte also won the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays and received a victory from Miranda Fedor in the 100 butterfly.
Bellefonte returns to Clearfield on Saturday for the Arctic Invitational.
