Bald Eagle Area built a huge lead and cruised to another victory, dropping Huntingdon 78-65 on Tuesday night.
Dennis Fisher’s 21 points and Bryan Greene’s 16 led the Eagles (13-1), who saw all but two players on the roster score while building a lead as large as 30 points in the third quarter.
“Our man-to-man defense was working tonight,” BEA coach Bill Butterworth said. “We got a lot of turnovers off that in the second quarter. We got to play a lot of kids and finally cleaned up our mess in the first half after the way we’ve been playing the last 3-4 games.”
Devon Claar’s 27 points and Josh Foster’s 13 led the Bearcats (4-10).
