Boys’ soccer: Bald Eagle Area boots Central

Nate Styles and Jared Gettig scored within the first three minutes as Bald Eagle Area notched its third straight win with a 4-1 triumph over Central on Tuesday.

Styles and Chris Dunklebarger scored in the the second half for the Eagles (3-2), who outshot the Dragons 32-3. Brandon Gettig added two assists, while Alex Boyer had two saves.

“We started quick, then relaxed and we made it a little harder on ourselves,” BEA coach Jason Bair said. “Central came to play. We were finally able to pick it up in the second half.”
