Boys’ soccer: State College rallies from three-goal deficit

State College scored four unanswered goals to come back and beat Red Land 4-3 Tuesday.

The Little Lions (6-6) trailed 3-0 after Red Land’s Chad Stout scored three goals in the first half. State College, which outshot Red Land 24-9, started its comeback with a goal by Ben Stout in the 40th minute.

Isaac Plutzer found the back of the net in the 42nd minute, and Paul McDermott tied it 3-3 with a goal in the 76th minute.

Ben Stout notched the game-winning goal in the 78th minute.
