High school girls’ lacrosse: Friberg, State College routs Central Dauphin East

STATE COLLEGE Caroline Friberg had five goals and three assists to lead State College’s 23-1 girls’ lacrosse romp against Central Dauphin East on Thursday.

The Lady Little Lions had a 32-1 edge in shots in the mismatch.

Rennee Olivett and Maddie Czekaj each had four goals, while Erika Lose and Brielle Curtis added three each. Olivia Stahl, Sam Washell, Brooke Shaffer and Lauren Kelly also scored. Stahl dished out five assists and Darien Miller had four assists.

State College plays at Kennett Square on Saturday.
