High school boys’ track and field: Hackman sets school record for St. Joseph’s

St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy’s Brian Hackman broke his own school record in the 800-meter run Wednesday, finishing first with a time of 2 minutes, 1.4 seconds in a multi-dual meet at Forest Hills.

The Wolves fell to Forest Hills (106-43), Bishop Carroll (92-44) and Bishop McCort (60-54). Hackman also won the 1,600 (4:44.8), while teammate Eli Urban finished second (4:48.5). Urban also took second in the 800 (2:06.4).
