High school baseball: St. Joseph’s rolls past Carson Long for first win in school history

The Saint Joseph’s Catholic Academy baseball team picked up its first win in school history Thursday, capitalizing on seven Carson Long errors in a 15-0 victory in five innings.

Phil Fenstermacker led St. Joseph’s, going 3 for 4 with a double. Justin Beck also doubled for the Wolves.

St. Joseph’s pitcher Bryce Herman struck out four and allowed four hits in five innings to earn the win.

The Wolves (1-1) will travel to Penns Manor on Monday.
