Bald Eagle Area may be looking to make a coaching change for its wrestling program.
During the school district’s board meeting on July 14, it decided to open up the head coach position.
“They wanted to see what might be out there,” athletic director Doug Dyke said. “Steve (Millward) is allowed to reapply.”
Dyke said the opening could be filled as early as next week or by the beginning of September.

“They may have someone for next Thursday,” Dyke said. “I don’t know if they are going to try to do interviews before next Thursday and try to get them hired. I don’t know that answer right now.”
The Eagles finished last season with a 4-12 record, and had a state place winner in Josh Fye.
Millward did not respond to multiple requests for comment.
