Police: Woman arrested after flashing breasts at amusement park

A 21-year-old Tyrone woman was arrested June 27 after state police said she exposed her breasts at a Blair County amusement park.

Ashley Cowher, of East Pleasant Valley Boulevard., was charged with open lewdness after exposing herself while riding a ride at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park, in Tipton, at 7:25 p.m., according to state police in Hollidaysburg.

Charges were filed in district court.
