Man urinated on multiple people at Primanti Bros., police say

Public urination charges are pending against a man accused of urinating on multiple people at Primanti Bros.

State College police Lt. Brad Smail said an unnamed man entered the restroom at the downtown State College restaurant Friday night and urinated on a person who was waiting in line for a urinal.

The man then entered an occupied stall and urinated on another person, Smail said.
