Former Penn State football trainer will not face perjury charges in Beta Theta Pi case

Tim Bream, former Beta Theta Pi fraternity adviser and Penn State football assistant athletic trainer, will not be charged with perjury in connection with 19-year-old Timothy Piazza's February 2017 death. Deputy District Attorney Sean McGraw announced he would not proceed with perjury charges after a private criminal complaint was filed by Peter Sala, one of the former brother's attorneys.
