Jack in the Box Brings Back Fan-Favorite Menu Items With Spicy New 'Hot Ones' Collaboration
Jack in the Box is turning up the heat this summer with a brand-new collaboration alongside Hot Ones, and it's bringing back a pair of fan-favorite menu items in the process.
Beginning June 1, the fast-food chain will launch the limited-time Hot Ones Munchie Meal, a spicy new bundle arriving just in time for summer watch parties and the season's biggest soccer showdown. The collaboration is part of Jack in the Box's ongoing 75th anniversary celebration, which has focused on reviving popular throwback menu items with fresh twists.
This time, the returning favorites are the Sriracha Curly Fry Burger and the Chick-N-Tater Melt, both reimagined with Hot Ones flavors.
The Hot Ones Sriracha Curly Fry Burger features a jumbo beef patty topped with curly fries, jalapeños, American cheese and Hot Ones Sriracha Sauce on a buttery bakery bun.
Meanwhile, the Buffalo Chick-N-Tater Melt upgrades the cult-favorite sandwich with a chicken patty, bacon, hash brown, Swiss-style and cheddar cheeses, cheese sauce and Hot Ones Buffalo Sauce on a croissant bun.
Each Hot Ones Munchie Meal also comes with two tacos, regular curly fries and a drink.
The collaboration expands beyond sandwiches with new Hot Ones Sauced & Loaded Fries, which pile cheddar cheese sauce, shredded cheddar and a choice of Hot Ones Sriracha or Buffalo sauce onto Jack's Famous Seasoned Curly Fries.
Fans looking for a cheaper option can also order the new "Munch Better Deals" meals, featuring either a Hot Ones Sriracha Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger or a Hot Ones Buffalo Jr. Chicken Sandwich with fries and a drink.
For customers who really want to test their spice tolerance, an extra packet of The Last Dab: Apollo sauce will also be available for an additional $1.25.
The limited-time promotion also includes collectible soccer-themed merch. Each meal comes with either a Jack Mini Bobblehead or a Jack Mini Jersey Keychain, with five possible variations available while supplies last.
"With the Hot Ones Sriracha Curly Fry Burger and the Chick-N-Tater Melt, we wanted to create something that felt true to both brands," Jack in the Box Executive Chef Ciaran Duffy said in a statement. "The result is a bold, elevated take on familiar favorites that bring the collaboration to life in a way that still feels distinctly Jack."
Chris Schonberger, CEO of First We Feast and creator of Hot Ones, called the partnership "a natural fit" for both brands.
"Jack in the Box is a true West Coast icon, serving up undeniable cravings with a playful side of cultural mischief from Jack himself," Schonberger said. "This collaboration delivers spicy, craveable twists on Jack in the Box favorites their fans will instantly recognize."
The Hot Ones collaboration launches June 1 in stores and through the Jack app and will remain available through July 22.
