I-80 westbound shut down for tractor-trailer crash with possible entrapment, fire

Interstate 80 westbound was shut down between the Milesburg and Snow Shoe exits early Wednesday morning for a tractor-tailor crash with fire and possible entrapment.

Dispatch was called to the scene at about 11:50 p.m. Tuesday for the two-vehicle crash, and the interstate was shut down shortly after.

In addition to the entrapment, moderate injuries were reported.

Fire companies from Snow Shoe, Milesburg, Bellefonte and Howard responded to the scene.
