A downtown State College coffee shop is set to close after more than 20 years in business
A downtown State College coffee shop is set to close its doors after more than two decades in business.
Saint’s Cafe is scheduled to close Dec. 19, the business that sits at the intersection of West Beaver Avenue and Kelly Alley wrote in social media posts Friday. Saint’s opened in October 1999.
“We want to thank all of our past and present employees, and customers old and new for their patronage over the years,” the business wrote. “You are all very much appreciated by our family. You have enriched our lives and given us the gift of community and friendship.”
Saint’s will hand the keys to 123 W. Beaver Ave. to another coffee shop, Elixr Coffee Roasters. It was not immediately clear when the company would open at its new location.
