Interfaith Human Services appointed Wendy Vinhage as its director.

Vinhage’s experience includes co-chairing IHS’s Centre Sings committee, four years serving at Skills of Central Pennsylvania, two years at the Juniata Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America in Reedsville and two years volunteering with the State College Young Professionals. She also participates in 100 Women Who Care and the Centre Foundation’s Annual Giving Circle.

The Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture announced longtime executive director Brian Snyder accepted a position by the same title, leading the Initiative for Food and AgriCultural Transformation at Ohio State University. The new position will begin in June.

PASA will conduct a nationwide search for a new executive director.

Attorney J. Corey Reeder was named to the Youth Service’s Bureau of Centre County’s board.

Reeder practices in the asset planning and federal taxation, business counseling, oil, gas and real estate groups for McNees Wallace & Nurick. He works in the firm’s State College and Harrisburg offices and is a member of the Centre County and Pennsylvania Bar associations.

Chad D. Feather was hired as vice president and branch manager at M&T Bank.

He will be manager for M&T’s Bellefonte and Pleasant Gap branches, leading outreach to individual and commercial customers to provide financial services and product solutions. He worked at PNC Bank for 14 years, serving in leadership positions.

The Patton Township Business Association celebrated its 40th anniversary and recognized founding members Donald Boller and Ginny Harpster for their contributions to the community and the association.

PTBA was organized in 1975 to advance the commercial, industrial and civic interests of the citizens of Patton Township.

Kish Bank appointed Arthur J. Dangel Jr. to senior vice president and director of trust services.

He worked for First National Bank and managed trust business in State College, Lewistown, Huntingdon, Williamsport and Harrisburg. He also serves on the Centre County Natural Gas Task Force.
