Judge recertified for service under state’s judicial system
Magisterial District Judge Steven F. Lachman, after completing legal education coursework, was recertified for service as a member of the Unified Judicial System in Pennsylvania.
The weeklong education program is held in Harrisburg and is designed to ensure judges “remain current in a variety of legal topics and management techniques required to fairly adjudicate cases and effectively supervise a district court office,” according to a release.
