Karoondinha ticket holders get more information about options

The Karoondinha Music and Arts Festival is indefinitely postponed, but the same may not apply to ticket refunds.

Eventbrite, an online ticketing platform, released a statement promising affected parties details on the refund process by the end of this week.

“We understand the importance of a timely resolution and are currently working closely with Karoondinha to finalize next steps for the refund process,” read the statement.

Eventbrite has notified all ticket holders that the event will not be taking place as originally planned.

Meanwhile, WayHome Music and Arts is offering to honor Karoondinha tickets at the festival in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. Ticket holders can send copies of their unique Karoondinha Festival ticket confirmation to ticketing@republiclive.com using subject, “Karoondinha Ticket Offer.”

The Deep Roots Mountain Revival festival in Masontown, W.Va., extended a similar invitation on Wednesday.
