Affordable Healthcare Action Group to host public forum

The Affordable Healthcare Action Group will host a nonpartisan public educational forum 7-9 p.m. Thursday.

The forum, “Healthcare & You,” will be held at Centre Crest, 502 E. Howard St., Bellefonte.

Michael Pipe, Centre County commissioner; Cheryl White, Centre Volunteers in Medicine executive director; and Rich Wilber, insurance expert, are slated to speak.

Topics will include the myths and facts about health care and whether changes in health care will help or hurt individuals.
