Centre County Democrats to hold fall dinner

The Centre County Democrats will hold their annual fall dinner on Oct. 8 at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel.

This year’s dinner will honor Helen D. Wise, former state representative, with the Centre County Democrats Lifetime Achievement Award.

Scheduled speakers include Supreme Court Justice Debra Todd; Supreme Court candidate Dwayne Woodruff; Superior Court candidates Maria McLaughlin, Deborah Kunselman, Geoff Moulton and Carolynn Nichols; and Commonwealth Court candidates Ellen Ceisler and Irene Clark.

The statewide candidates will be joined by candidate for Centre County judge Brian Marshall, candidate for district attorney Bernie Cantorna, candidate for district judge Casey McClain and Judge Pamela Ruest.

A cocktail hour will begin at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.

Advance reservations are required and can be made at www.CentreCountyDems.com. Deadline for reservations is Sept. 30.

Ticket donation levels are $60, $85 and $170.
