Nittany Mall business closes ‘temporarily’
A Nittany Mall business has closed “temporarily.”
Regis Salon left a note at its storefront to inform customers that they would be back, but did not say why it was closed or when it would reopen. Regis representatives did not respond to requests for comment.
“We apologize immensely for any inconvenience,” the note said. “Please check back with us in the near future as we hope to be up and running again soon. We look forward to seeing you again.”
Regis announced in October that nearly all of its mall-based operations had been sold. The transaction was part of a deal that included 858 of the company North America-based locations and international locations to The Beautiful Group.
The company’s remaining locations consisted of its SmartStyle, Supercuts and Signature Style businesses.
