Two teens seriously injured after rollover crash in Potter Township, police say
Two teenagers were seriously injured Friday night after a vehicle rolled down an embankment in Potter Township, state police at Rockview said.
According to a crash report from state police, at about 9:30 p.m. a 2002 Jeep Liberty driving northbound along the 300 block of Old Fort Road began to travel off the roadway. The Jeep, driven by a 49-year-old Harrisburg man, struck an unoccupied vehicle in a driveway before striking a tree.
The Jeep then turned 180 degrees before rolling multiple times down an embankment, according to police. The driver of the vehicle did not report any injuries, but his passengers — a 13-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy — were seriously injured. The teens were transported to area hospitals by Pleasant Gap Fire Company and Penns Valley EMS.
