Boil water advisory lifted in Milesburg
Update: The boil water notice was lifted on Monday afternoon.
Milesburg Borough Water Authority issued a boil water notice Thursday for its customers.
The boil water advisory is due to a water leak, according to a notice from the borough. Customers are reminded not to drink the water before boiling it for at least one minute. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth and food preparation until further notice.
