Four people were injured Tuesday in a crash in Spring Township.
Township police said about 6:20 p.m., Jacqueline Villarroel, of Virginia, was attempting to turn from Jacksonville Road onto the Interstate 80 eastbound on-ramp. Her Saturn Vue crossed into the path of a Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Debra Robinson, of Bellefonte.
Villarroel’s vehicle turned on its side after it was struck, and she and a passenger had to be removed from the vehicle. Robinson’s vehicle crossed over the on-ramp and ended up in a ditch.
Both drivers and a passenger in each vehicle were taken by ambulance to Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Spring Township police were assisted by Bellefonte police, state police, Undine Fire Company, Logan Fire Company, Pleasant Gap Fire Company, Bellefonte EMS, Pleasant Gap Fire EMS, Centre LifeLink and PennDOT.
