Man transported by medical helicopter after crash
A man was transported by medical helicopter to UPMC Altoona on Saturday afternoon.
The 20-year-old man was driving a horse and buggy southbound on state Route 655 in Brady Township, Huntingdon County, when it was struck from behind by a Buick Century, according to a report from state police at Huntingdon.
He sustained serious injuries, according to the report.
Police said the other driver, an 82-year-old man, was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
