Public event to honor Judge Kistler’s retirement

The public is invited to attend an event honoring the retirement of Centre County Judge Thomas Kistler.

The event is slated for 1-4 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte, according to a release by the county Court of Common Pleas and the Centre County Bar Association.
