Which houses have the best holiday lights and decorations in Centre County?

Strings of lights, Penn State snowmen, Santas of all types — Centre County residents have started decking out their homes with a variety of decorations, and the Centre Daily Times wants to help spread the holiday spirit.

What are the most elaborately decorated neighborhoods? Where are the houses that make drivers pull over in awe?
