Gov. Josh Shapiro’s administration last week proposed closing Rockview state prison and Quehanna Boot Camp, a move with the potential to upend thousands of lives in Centre County.
From the workforce and inmates to the economy and the land itself, the proposal could have some of the most far-reaching effects in at least the past decade in Centre County. That’s part of the reason we want to hear from you about your experiences, concerns and opinions.
