USA Yoga National Championship

When: Aug. 1-3 (Friday-Sunday)

Where: The State Theatre, State College

What: Yogis will unite this weekend for the 2025 USA Yoga National Championship at The State Theatre. Youth competition and semifinal rounds will be held Friday and Saturday, with the finals set for Sunday. There will also be yoga classes and workshops held in between competition. Ice Cream Festival

WingFest Finals

Penn State’s Ag Progress Days

When: Aug. 12-14 (Tuesday-Thursday)

Where: Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center, Pennsylvania Furnace

What: Penn State will host its annual Ag Progress Days this month, the largest outdoor agricultural exposition in the state. The event will showcase the latest in agricultural education, research and innovations in equipment and technology. Admission is free, and a list of the over 400 exhibitors is available online.

Centre County Grange Fair

When: Aug. 15-23

Where: Grange Park, Centre Hall

What: The historic Grange Encampment and Fair will return for its 151st year with nine days worth of activities. The schedule is jam-packed with live music, food, motorsports shows and other activities for the hundreds of families who make the trip to camp at the fairgrounds. Dinosaur Adventure at C3

When: Aug 22-24 (Friday-Sunday)

Where: C3 Sports, State College

What: Families can take a trip back to the Jurassic era with the Dinosaur Adventure exhibit, featuring life-like dinosaurs. Children will get to participate in fossil searches, ride Jurassic scooters, run through themed obstacle courses and have the opportunity to ride a dinosaur. Crickfest

Philipsburg Music Phest
