Gray wrote: “Dutch Waite was a football and track star at Bellefonte High School. His son, Chuck Waite, is the owner and operator of Waite’s Body Shop on Zion Road in Bellefonte.”

The book signing for Ralph Gray’s “The School on the Hill,” a history of the Bellefonte Academy Cougars, will be on Friday at the Centre County Library and Historical Museum in Bellefonte from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Judge Charles C. Brown Jr. will be the special guest.
