Centre County mother, 10-year-old daughter reported missing, state police say. Here’s how to help

NOTE: This story was updated Aug. 22 following a news release from state police at Rockview. Police released updated details about the vehicle, and about where the mother and daughter are from (a previous public information report indicated they were from Blanchard).

A Centre Hall mother and her 10-year-old daughter last heard from on Aug. 5 were reported missing Aug. 17, state police at Rockview said.

Crystal Oburn, 44, and her daughter, Isabella Rodriguez, left a Liberty Township residence in a light blue 2013 Chevrolet Malibu and traveled in an unknown direction, police wrote in a public information report on Aug. 18.

Oburn is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, about 120 pounds and has blue eyes. Her hair was most recently blonde, though police wrote she has also had brown hair. An undated photo shared by police showed Oburn with blonde hair, as well as a tattoo on her upper right arm that reads “Isabella.”

Her daughter is 5 feet tall, about 85 pounds and blue eyes.
