Part of Interstate 99 in Centre County reopened after hourslong closure due to crash

Part of Interstate 99 in Centre County reopened Wednesday morning following a crash that shut it down for more than four hours.

I-99 northbound closed at the Bald Eagle exit (Exit 52) after a crash in Port Matilda. According to the state Department of Transportation’s 511 PA website, the closure started at 4:10 a.m. and reopened just before 8:30 a.m.
