1 dead after head-on collision with tractor-trailer on state Route 64, police say

A 66-year-old Lock Haven man died after a head-on collision on state Route 64 on Wednesday afternoon, state police said.
Larry Hoffman was heading north on Route 64 when his vehicle crossed over the center yellow line and hit a tractor-trailer head-on near Hublersburg, state police spokesperson Christopher Fox said.
Hoffman was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.
A section of Route 64 between Hublersburg Road and Syndertown Road was closed for three hours on Wednesday following the crash.
