Bellefonte man critically injured in single-vehicle crash, Spring Township police say
A man was critically injured Thursday evening after a car crash in Spring Township.
First responders were dispatched to a single-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of Blanchard Street at about 6:15 p.m. The vehicle had overturned, according to dispatch reports.
A 39-year-old Bellefonte man was flown to UPMC Williamsport in critical condition, Spring Township police posted on Facebook.
Blanchard Street was closed for about 2 1/2 hours while officers worked with a reconstruction team. Logan, Undine and Pleasant Gap fire companies were also dispatched to the scene.
The crash remains under investigation, police said.
