Spring Township police ask public for help locating runaway 14-year-old boy

Spring Township police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 14-year-old boy from Pleasant Gap.

Cooper Smith was last seen around midnight Monday at his home in the Steeplechase neighborhood, police wrote in a Facebook post, describing him as a “missing/runaway juvenile.” A description of what he may be wearing was not provided, but police wrote that he could have a purple bike and sleeping bag with him.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call Spring Township police at 1-800-479-0050.
