East College Avenue at Shiloh Road reopened after 2-vehicle crash
East College Avenue at Shiloh Road was closed for almost an hour on Tuesday due to a crash.
State College police asked drivers to avoid the area as first responders tended to the scene.
The crash occurred around 1:45 p.m. and two vehicles — a Subaru Outback and a Toyota Prius — were involved.
The roadway reopened around 2:30 p.m.
