New partnership brings additional bus routes for 18 new locations to and from State College
A new partnership between Megabus.com and Fullington Trailways will expand service options and connect State College with 18 new locations in Pennsylvania.
New locations that will be offered to and from State College effective Sept. 1 in addition to the already existing routes include Bellefonte, Lock Haven, Williamsport, Hughesville, Red Rock, Dallas, Wilkes-Barre, Philipsburg, Clearfield, Dubois, Sykesville, Big Run, Punxsutawney, Indiana, Blairsville, Delmont, Monroeville and Pittsburgh.
In addition to the State College connections, the partnership will also expand service options to connect Philadelphia with 11 cities, Harrisburg with nine cities, New York City with 14 cities and Pittsburgh with 22 cities.
Schedules are now available, and tickets can be purchased today for travel beginning on Sept. 1.
Megabus.com is one of the largest bus companies in North America and Fullington Trailways is a first-class transportation provider in the central Pennsylvania region. In a press release, both Megabus.com and Fullington Trailways leadership expressed excitement for the partnership and expanded service.
“As we celebrate our 114th year of being in business, Fullington Trailways is delighted to be able to partner with megabus.com,” said Jonathan Berzas, president and CEO for The Fullington Auto Bus Company, adding that the partnership will give customers another avenue to purchase their bus tickets.
