Journey brings farewell tour to Happy Valley. Look inside the Bryce Jordan Center

Legendary rock band Journey launched their farewell tour earlier this year, and stopped in State College on Wednesday night to say their goodbyes to the Bryce Jordan Center.

The “Final Frontier Tour” kicked off Feb. 28 in Hershey and has taken the band across the country in the months since. It’s a long goodbye, with 40 additional dates recently added to the tour.

With no opening act for the “Final Frontier Tour,” Journey plays an extended set that features fan-favorites, hits and deep cuts. The BJC show opened with “Be Good to Yourself.”

The band last visited Happy Valley in 2023, when it performed at the BJC for its 50th anniversary tour.
