IHOP to open next week in State College

IHOP is expected to open next week, a company spokesman said Tuesday.

Workers at IHOP, 1661 S. Atherton St., “are just putting the finishing touches” on the restaurant, which will open Dec. 10, said spokesman Craig Hoffman.

The restaurant will be in a 5,812-square-foot building on a 1.12-acre lot that was formerly a Perkins.
