Pugh Street closed for water leak

According to State College borough, Pugh Street between Highland Avenue and Foster Avenue will be closed for about four hours to fix an “unexpected water leak.”

The borough posted the alert to its website at 11:03 a.m.

The municipality asks that pedestrians use caution and that drivers detour around the blocked street.
