State College police responded to a crash near 121 W. Fairmount Avenue.

The incident happened around 11 a.m. when a Honda traveling on Fairmount appeared to have struck a tree and rolled onto its side, facing east. Dispatchers reported an entrapment.

Police suspect a medical emergency caused the crash. The driver was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center.

Fairmount is closed from Fraser to Allen streets.

Alpha Fire Company also responded to the crash.
