Osceola Mills woman allegedly bites man
An Osceola Mills woman was accused of biting a man during an altercation Thursday afternoon.
State police at Philipsburg said troopers responded to a report of a fight about 3 p.m. off U.S. Route 322 in Rush Township.
Police said Carissa Highes, 25, bit a male victim, also 25, during the altercation.
The alleged incident happened on the side of the roadway.
Hughes was cited for harassment.
