Woman allegedly throws manicure case at man

A manicure case was the alleged weapon of choice for a Huntingdon woman who police said was involved in an altercation Sunday in Smithfield Township.

State police at Huntingdon reported that Judy Lee Cummins, 66, was charged with harassment.

Police said the woman threw a manicure case at a 73-year-old Huntingdon man, striking him in the face.
