Police investigating extension cord thefts

Sometime between 11 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday, several extension cords were stolen from a porch in Walker Township.

Robert Jackman, 85, of Bellefonte, reported that the cords, which were used to power Halloween lights, were missing, according to a release from state police at Rockview.

In November, multiple residents reported thefts of extension cords in the same area of state Routes 64 and 445, police said.

State police are asking that anyone with information call 355-7545.
