Wal-Mart theft nets felony charges
Two women are facing felony theft charges in Clinton County after allegedly attempting to steal from Wal-Mart.
According to a news release from state police at Lamar, the women — Nicole Kiper, 26, and Shannon Way, 24 — removed or conspired to remove 226 miscellaneous items from the Hogan Boulevard Wal-Mart in Bald Eagle Township.
Both were charged with felony counts of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft, according to court documents.
