Four pounds of marijuana seized in Snow Shoe Township traffic stop

A California man is facing felony drug charges after a traffic stop in Snow Shoe Township.

According to state police, Vadim Kats, aka Vadim Strawn, was stopped on Nov. 18 along Interstate 80. Kats, 45, of Calabasas, Calif., was allegedly found with 4.3 pounds of marijuana, which was seized from his vehicle.

It was learned that Kats is under U.S. Customs deportation proceedings, police said. He faces felony possession with intent to deliver charges, according to court documents.
