Man faces retail theft charges after allegedly stealing from Weis Markets
A man is facing retail theft charges after allegedly taking groceries without paying from Weis Markets on Westerly Parkway in State College.
State College police said Jinwoo Cho took $89.86 worth of groceries without paying for them.
Lt. Brad Smail said the incident happened at about 3:35 p.m. Friday.
