Woman charged after allegedly punching a child

A West Decatur woman is facing charges after a reported altercation in Clearfield County.

According to state police, Mandy L. Milligan, 27, punched a 7-year-old male in the face twice at about 3:45 p.m. Wednesday at the Crystal Clean Auto Spa in Decatur Township.

Milligan was charged with a misdemeanor count of simple assault and a summary charge of harassment, according to court documents. Bail was set at $20,000.
