Penn State police investigating indecent exposure incidents at library

Penn State police are asking for help identifying a man connected to incidents of indecent exposure at Pattee Library.

The incidents are said to have occurred between April 10 and 21.

Anyone with information that could help police determine the man’s identity are asked to contact Penn State police at 863-1111 or submit an anonymous tip at tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org.
