BEA student allegedly pulls down pants on school bus

State police at Rockview are investigating an incident reported to have happened on a school bus Monday afternoon, involving a 15-year-old Bald Eagle Area student.

The police report said the Port Matilda teen pulled his pants down while the bus was dropping off students from the high school.

Investigators are calling it a case of public intoxication, but provided no further information.
