A man faces felony and misdemeanor charges after allegedly breaking into a home and stealing a car.
According to state police at Lewistown, Craig Isenberg, 38, of Mifflintown, was arrested after a family member contacted police and claimed he had stolen her car from her Walker Township, Juniata County, residence. Isenberg was reportedly found at his residence in possession of the vehicle, as well as prescription medication that was not his.
Signs of forced entry into the Walker Township home were observed by troopers, police said, consistent with Isenberg gaining entry to get the car keys. He was also taken in under suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was arraigned Thursday and charged with felony counts of burglary and theft by unlawful taking, according to court documents, and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance, DUI and criminal mischief.
